Long shot but does anyone know the part number/manufacturer for the cable mounts/clips indicated?

Have you tried Google photo search, I've never used it so have no experience, maybe of help maybe not. -

You might have better luck sending this to Hellerman and the other clip manufacturers or one of the supply houses like Mouser.
 
What are those devices that are clipped into them? The clips look like they were supplied as part of the device. If that's the case, then the device vendor may list them as a spare (if you're lucky).

Looks like it might be a custom part to clip whatever the thing being clipped is.
