Is it just another name for a spring washer?

To me this sounds like a split lock washer.

In europe is known as Grower washer, is just an split washer

probably it is a washer that we call (nord lock)it is a combination of two washers that are splined to prevent the loosing of a nut it has obout the same task of the spring washer.
