What work do you perform that is low-risk and quick

I was having this discussion with a friend of mine the other day. A few items that came up:

1. No work Affidavit
2. Flood Elevation Certificate

What other work is in this arena for Civil Engineers?

about half of the land use permits we have to get for a project. Some ones that come to mind are erosion control permits on small projects, water/wastewater permits when connecting to existing infrastructure

Designing military housing improvements when you know they will never be built.
