What is this Soft rubber toy ball material?

I'm sure a lot of people have seen these types of sqishy, rubber toy balls floating around in the offices to "relieve stress" but I am looking for the actual type of material these things are made of, any ideas on what to spec out? The material seems like some sort of VERY squishy, non-slip silicone or latex.

There are a few very simple test that you can perform to help you identify the material. The following link is a site that will provide guidance
Please note that additives can interfere and give false readings of the results from these tests.
 
I think these are made of polyurethane foam. Good idea to ask the polymer experts though...
