Well, as IRstuff has said, the Arrhenius plot is very usefull when you are trying to find the "Activation Energy" of certain proces, the relationship could involve many variables as function of temperature, i.e. in semiconductor materials you colud trace an Arrhenius plot with Ln(R[ohms]) as function of 1000/T[K], it gives you the info about the excat moment when the free carriers "jump" under certain conditions (i.e. exposure to other energy forms as light, magnetism, etc.)
The Arrhenius plot is always a good tool when you are dealing with proces that involves exponential dependences.
