Hi All

I have a part that after the base extrusion of its sketch , there are many functions of cut-extrusion , cut-revolution done on it

now I want to change the plane of the main sketch , because we need the parts to be set all in the correct coordinations and not to spend more time in the next assemblies , but there is a problem that when you change the base sketch ,all the other funcitons get deactivated and you will have a lot of errors , so is there any method to change the plane safely and hold all the relations ?

If all subsequent features were based on the first feature, simply changing the plane using the Edit Sketch Plane function should do the trick.

If not you could use the following trick

Work from the bottom up. Make sure each feature is tied to part geometry and not to fixed geometry that won't move with base feature. Then you will have better results.
