What is the BEST Raster to VECTOR proggy

What do you think is the best raster to vector program out on the market or on the net.. software?

And can you give a reason why you like it?

I like TraceTrix 2000. Why B/c it has presets and runs within cad software engine.... I hope there is beter than this... but for now.. it works...

try Scan2CAD it does the trick, not free but!

GTX rasterCAD has a lot of options to better control your "vectorization".
Scan2CAD is pretty good but I do believe GTX has more options.
I haven't seen WINtopo in action ...

I want to say, that the quality of the vektors (Wintopo) is like the price
but thanks to all freeware-programmers
