Best CAD 3D viewer and data extractor(pmi, meshes)

Hi,

Looking for software to display CAD files 3D viewer inside web frontend build in angular and having asp.net core web api interface to extract the meta data (pmi, meshes).

Please suggest CAD providers fulfill my requirements.
