These matrices and the whole eigenvalue problem definition for linear buckling analyses are explained in FEM textbooks. For example in "Concepts and Applications of Finite Element Analysis" by R.D. Cook. You should study this topic from the beginning of its description to fully understand the governing equation for this type of analyses.
