we want to change heaters tube. material of this coil is astm a312 p9. we want to use astm a213 T9. WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN ASTM A213 T9 and ASTM A312 P9? WHEN WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE ASTM A312 P9 AND WHEN WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE ASTM A213 T9? WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN P9 AND T9 AS HEATERS COIL?

The difference is A312 is a specification for seamless or seam welded austenitic stainless steel piping (which is not P9 Grade), while SA 213 T9 is seamless tubing grade. You better go back and review again. P9 pipe can be supplied as SA 335.

P9 and T9 are just grade nomenclature depending of the use in pipe or tube specs.
If you have both seamless, the composition and properties and allowed stress will be the same.
