Nozzle is a specially shaped outlet port, design to give a specific output pattern or spray.
Diffusers are used to decelerate the fluid or to control the velocity of the outlet flow.
An orifce is used to convert flow energy to pressure energy, or to control the fluid speed.

I can't tell the difference between a "nozzle" and a "diffuser" in your definitions. In common practice, a nozzle is "an entry/exit point from one process function to another". With no particular required configuration. Using that definition a "Diffuser nossle" limits the velocity of the outlet flow from one system to another. An "Orifice nozzle" (most people would call it a "restriction nozzle" is used to restrict the flow rate from one system to another by introducing a pressure drop.
