What handwheel diameter to use for mud valves?

What diameter handwheels are on a 10", 14", 16", and 24" mud valves with stem extensions?

Wouldn't you get that sort of information from a vendor's catalog?

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
 
You would think that they would list out the diameter of the hand wheels that are being used on a Mud Valve, but they don't.
 
The 'Mud Valves' that I found on the web didn't even come with hand wheels. It looks like even if you add a stem extension, that the use of a 'hand wheel' is purely optional with most showing a simply square 'operating nut'.

Ask a valve manufacturer, this can be undertaken using a thing called telephone or be very hi-tech and use computer.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)
