Sorry, but I am new to this term; What does it mean by probability seismic hazard analysis(PSHA)?

Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis is a multi-step process that provides the probability that the ground motion parameter of interest will be exceeded during some time interval. It requires the identification and quantification of uncertainties in EQ location, EQ size, and ground motion parameter prediction. I'd recommend taking a look at Kramer's book on "Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering" for a nice description of this analysis.
