Hello everyone,

I just wanted to share with you a Reinforced concrete frame of one of my projects so that you may comment on the design if you see something that is not right.
The structural analysis and design will be carried out according to Eurocode 2 & 8.

What sort of comments are you expecting to receive? There is no information on it or scale to provide any meaningful feedback.

Most importantly i would like to receive comments regarding the connection between the two buildings(see picture below) and if there are any issues on how the beams are connected to the columns of the two buildings

It all looks good, except there is no rebar called out. Add rebar to your note.

I wish i had a software that could show the rebar in the 3d model

So whats the issue with the connections, are they different from all the others?

The beams that connect the two buildings together are at a different level than the other beams.

The height of the two buildings is 3.5m while the height of the connecting building is 3.0m

will there be any issue with the column?

Do you guys think I should connect the two buildings together as shown in the pictures above
or do you think there might me a differential settlement between the two buildings due to the difference in weight?
Therefore do you guys think there could be a considerable difference in settlement between the two buildings after construction?
