What Can HydroCAD do that HMS can't?

Is the question I was asked when pitching HydroCAD to my boss. Any input? I wish HydroCAD had some kind of 30 day full version evaluation--the five node, one hour limitations make it a little difficult to get a feel for it on an overall project level.

Thanks.

I can't think of any specific task.

I do, however, find HydroCAD infinitely easier to manipulate dynamically as you tweak a design, which yields a return in productive time usage.

But you are correct, this requires a large, complex project to demonstrate. One with five nodes would probably be just as easy in any software.

It really is a matter of time savings and ease-of-use. Please see the customer comments at
To remove the time limit, you can get a full 5-node program for $195. You can expand at any later time for the difference in cost.
