Hello,
I’m reaching out to see if you can help me with modelling an outlet device based on the information provided in the attached PDF. I can’t figure out how to create the weirs (boxed in red), but I managed to model everything else. Unfortunately, I do not have additional information for the weir and do not know the type (sharp-crested, broad-crested, etc.). Is it possible to model this based on what I have?

Your PDF shows how you have modeled the weirs in HydroCAD, but it doesn't give me any idea of what you're actually trying to model. Do you have a sketch of the weir?

Hi Peter,
Sorry, I should've clarified this. I'm trying to recreate the HydroCAD model based on the attached PDF. I don't have other information to work with besides the HydroCAD reports and I don't have a sketch of the weir. Also, I was not provided a contact to the original person that created the PDF which is why I'm struggling to piece this model together.

Since you have the HydroCAD report, you can create the outlet devices exactly as shown. Devices 3 and 4 appear to have been created with the Orifice/Grate outlet device.

Hi Peter,
I've got it all modelled now. Thanks!
