what are kind of fibers which use in concrete

1) steel

2) Poly(propolene)

3) Fiberglass (tm)

In addition to the manufactured fiber products that Rjeffery mentioned, carbon and Kevlar (a type of Polymer just like polypropylene) are also used in Fiber reinforced concrete.

Natural fibers are also used such as asbestos, sisal and cellulose... studies showed promising results when shredded rubber is added to concrete.
