A reparation has to be done : temperature of material is 350°C.(also during reparation)
Material CS and A182 F22 . What filler material can be used for this ?
The preheat temperature is ok (see above) for the A182F22 material but what about PWHT. Is this necessary ?

Use E9018 B3 or 8018 B2 filler metal. As long as the filler metal is as strong or stronger than the weaker of the two base metals, you are ok.

Watch the PWHT, you do not want to exceed the lower critical transformation temperature for CS. This temperature is 1325 deg F.

PWHT may or may not be required depending on thickness or use of an alternate temper bead welding technique or Code of constrruction/repair. What are you repairing, how thick and to what Code is the repair to be made? What is the operating service of the part to be repaired?
