What tig wire do I use to weld 20Cb-3 to carbon steel and to 316l stainless steel?

Hi Garviney,
Try
CS/20Cb3= ER20Cb3
CS/316L= ER309L
Each are commonly used for their respective applications.

Excuse me, I over-read your original question.

I don't have the procedure 20CB3/316L you asked for but I would suggest using ER32CB3 as the filler though.
