Welding 09?2? carbon steel to LC1/LC2/LC3 steel

Can you please specify more?
Because 09G2S has some different chemical elements than appear at LC1/LC2/LC3, can't they harm the welding?

Any good 70-series filler will work. 09G2S is just a Carbon-Manganese steel. Look at the spec for SA-106 pipe.
