Dear Experts,

Kindly advice on below,

1)Weldability of Plate,SA516 Gr70(P1) to Pin,P355QH1(Un assigned group as per ASME IX).
Since P355H1 not in assigned group we need to qualify WPS?Application is for high temperature ladle.

a)Can we go for E7018-1H4R electrode?
b)Pin,P55QH1 PQR coupon i can cut in perpendicular direction to pin?
