Fellows,

We are going to be welding some Hastelloy G-35 to make a ASME vessel. We work with C276, C22, B2/3 occasionally, no issues. Obviously this is another class of the alloy group, and quite niche.

Any concerns different from C276? Any recommended reading? Anyone in here have experience with it?

Thanks

I would expect G-35 to present fabrication challenges very similar to C-276.

Touch base with Special Metals out of New Hartford, NT. They probably have some literature available on-line.

Best regards - Al
