Anyone know of any good websites or other references about steel (and/or construction) drawing drafting shorthand/abbreviations? (i.e. LLV = Long Leg Vertical)

They have a standard for purchase that may provide what you are looking for.

 
Your boss should have one that you put on the notes sheet of each job. Ask your boss or the head draftsman. They probably have the abbreviations.
