Weather Data In Japan

I am trying to perform some energy calculations in Japan and need weather data. I can find bin data and TMY2 data for the US but I am in Tokyo. Does someon know where to download or even buy historical weather data for Japan?

ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals 2005 has the data for about 150 locations in Japan.
