I recently moved from nx10 to nx11. Ever since, I have noticed than when I create a wave link feature, the new wave link geometry is automatically assigned to an existing reference set. Is there a way to control this behavior? Thanks.

In the customer defaults (assemblies -> site standards -> reference sets) you can turn off the "include wave linked bodies" option. This will prevent NX from adding the linked bodies to the model reference set. Note that you will need to restart NX after changing this option before it takes effect.

I looked at these settings in the customer defaults and the "include wave..." option described above is already turned off. I remember turning that off when I would create a new reference set and immediately something would be added to it. But this is a bit different in that, when I create a feature, that new feature is added to an already existing reference set automatically. Thanks for the response.
