Hi Guys,

I want to install an indoor gas fired (Natural Gas) water evaporator, do I need simply any smoke, heat or CO detection system?

the building itself unsprinkled.

The work is meant to be in Exshaw Alberta Canada

Thanks

Hi Guys,

we cannot change the equipment just like that, they have been installed for 25 years now... no cne would afford such option.. :)

"MikeHalloran" you gotta keep marine life safe... warm water would kill'm...

yes, "georgeverghese" I was thinking of this option for some remote equipment, where is hard to pipe up to the evaporator

this option can be okay for small quantity of equipment, where you can send some one periodically and change the consumable chemical materials within them. they are kind of more sophisticated accessories that require a lot of maintenance and man intervention. (look up OSC 35-2400 from Atlas-Copco)

finally I put my hand on CSA B149.1

I got my answer and if you guys need to know anything from this code let me know your question and I will be happy to answer...

Thank you all...
