I need to get an Alberta engineering stamp for a project that I've been spec'd into. I've been selling a small portable davit crane for 2 decades in ontario and have an Ontario stamp. However, I need a specific Alberta stamp for this project. Any advice on how to obtain this? Thanks!

Do you have the ON stamp, or does your design have the stamp?

The design has the Ontario stamp. The drawing is stamped

Are you able to contact the engineer who did the Ontario stamping? Perhaps they have, or would be willing to get, an Alberta stamp. It's relatively easy to get a stamp in another province once you're registered somewhere in Canada.

He unfortunately passed away last year. I think he was registered in Alberta, but the drawing was only stamped for Ontario.

Then you need to find an engineer in AB who would be willing to take on this effort.

Or at least an engineer registered for Alberta, even if they are physically located elsewhere in the country .....
