I have the task to buy used OD/Id grinder, any help is going to be appreciated, has to be for 8'' diameter part and length about 14''. Thanks for any help.

Checkout anyone of the many surplus equipment sites as they are hooked together like the Auto salvage yard's. The availability of machines will depend on the accuracy and metal removal you require for your work.
