VLRA battery maintenance ? 1

Guys,

I have 4 sets of VLRA battery that very critical for my plant (supplied emergency lube oil pump). The IEEE Std 1188-1996 recommend to do performance test and test discharge rate once a year, how you guys do that, use load banks ? or I miss some thing here (english is my third language).
I already try to cantact the mfg no reply.
If use loadbank can you guys recommend the manufacturer ?

I don't know where your're from but here in the USA, I have used a company called Alber out of Florida for load banks and the coputerized control system to regulate the Performance or Service test as required by IEEE 450 for lead acid cells.
I'm sure a web search could land you on their website.
