View Window Accidently Closed 1

I accidently closed my view window and even after re-opening the file the window doesn't appear and the HELP isn't actually being any help, could someone please tell me how I can open the window again with the drafting?

Go to your tool bar and click on Window, then click on views, here you can open 8 windows at once, tile...etc.
