Wrong view

Hello.

I have a problem. I have one dgn file and the file looks like:

its wrong, but in the other computer file looks like:

In wrong view ACS triad looks like 3D but file is 2D.

I do not now how can I change wrong view.
I reinstalled the program, cleaned the registry, deleted the config files and nothing is changed.

dstroj, it looks like to me you are missing resources like the Font and Linestyle RSC on the computer that is doesnt look right. The ACS looks identical between 2D and 3D until you rotate it so I am sure you are okay with that. What font are you using for the text "ch. bet"?
