VIEW NAMES AND SCALE IN ALL CAPS?

Is there a setting or variable I can set so that my view names and scale come in in all caps? Right now my view names come in with the first letter ow the view name and scale in caps only. Is this something thats more complicated then a setting?

Try editing the CATView.CATNls file located in your
...\intel_a\resources\msgcatalog directory.

Thanks Jim, that was exactly right! I modified this file and now all my views come in with caps! Thanks for the help.
