View frames have Vanished.

Well as the title says the view frames are gone. I have gone to the properties and view frame is checked and in tools/options/mech design/layout view frames is selected there as well.
I am kinda out of Ideas, any thoughts?

Look for an icon that looks like a piece of paper with a small yellow ball in the lower left corner bordered by blue. Mine is in my Tools Bar. This icon will hide or show the display frames. Worth a shot!
