Hi folks
I have set specific custom attributes (Serial No, Surface finish etc.) in a template so it applies to all parts in an assembly. Having now set all the attributes for all the parts in the assembly (very tedious!) I now want to be able to view, edit, and manage these attributes across the entire assembly, preferably in Excel, similar to how expressions are driven from excel.
I can’t find any functionality to clearly edit them externally in Excel and re-import them effectively. Is there a recommended workflow or tool in NX for managing part attributes externally in a clear and organized way, like with expressions?
I’d like to avoid a journal if I can, but that may be required.
