What are vibration units measured in? What does Ge mean?

Vibration is motion. What units is motion measured in?

Could this perhaps be G's, meaning acceleration relative to the acceleration of gravity? IE, 1.0 G = 32.174 ft/sec^2?

That is the units for Envelope demodulation and the units are in G, but since the measuring technique used is different then the raw signals, G-e is not equivalent to G and a different designation is used to differentiate each.

Basically:
velocity is measured in in/sec or mm/sec
acceleration is g
demodulated signals g-e
