I don't know offhand of any books dedicated to piping vibrations but I can cite Wachel and Bull as prolific authors of papers on the subject. Wachel is more into piping system external vibrations concerning supports, etc. while Bull and associates (from Australia I believe) analyze sound transmissions from the fluid inside the pipe.
The Texas A&M Machinery Noise Symposiums deal frequently with piping vibration subjects probably because they are in the midst of the oilfields. I'll have to look further into my library for some specific references on the subject
