Hi,

I am trying to do an analysis of an ultrasonic welding process of a plastic part.
I did the following:
I fixed the part where it is fixed in real life, and apllied a sinusoidal force where the vibration is occuring (I have the max. applied force as an output from the welding machine).
I than did an explicit analysis of this setup for 5 vibration cycles.

Does this seem logic to you or do you think I am doing this wrong?

Thanks.
