Very high temperature positive displacement pump

I am looking to dispense a fluid at 520 degrees F (271 C). I would prefer to use a positive displacement pump that is capable of 3000 micro-liter deposits (+/- 10%).

The viscosity is 25-60 P at that temperature.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
