version 18 problems

Hello all I was wondering if there is anyone else having problems with v18. We are having a large amount of problems from dimensions not printing in a sketch view, to sketches moving, to relationships not "high-lighting" in order to change them. I have put on the lastest revision (patch 5), that still did not solve all our problems. Any guidence help or just comfort in the fact that we are not the only people having problems would be greatly appreciated.

I have found similar problems, but to a less extent, with Ver 17. When I attempt to rotate an item using the rotate tool, the perpendicular relashionship handle will not activate.

I find this to be a pretty major flaw, enough of an issue that I had to revert back to ver 15, as the type of drawings I typically produce rely on this tool heavily.

Not sure if it is a bug in the design, or an intentional omission. I sincerely hope newer versions are not the same, otherwise I will be stuck with 15 for some time to come.
