Venturi design using diesel flow to create a vacuum

I am trying to use the flow of diesel fuel to create a poor vacuum. The device needs to be small simple hence cheap. The flow is about 15 litres/second in a 50mm pipe .The device can slow the flow by 10% and vacuum needs to be about .2 bar . The pressure at the input is up to 3 bar and the outle pressure anout 1 bar.

The design of eductors and ejectors is quite complex and requires a wealth of experience. The best approach is to purchase your eductor from one of the major manufacturers of such equipment, for example:

The question I ask is what do you want to use the vacuum for?

What do you want to evacuate?
as what ever you pull in will mix with the diesel & contaminate it.

If you want a source of info on air operate ejectors look at the HMC Brauer site. Thier comressed air ejectors are impressive
Steam operated ejectors can generate quite deep vacuums.

You can use the exhaust from a diesel engine to generate vacuum with an ejector & the exhaust just goes to atmosphere as per usual.
