ventilation rates for mechanical rooms w/ heat gain

I have a client with a "compressor room" in a commercial airplane hangar. The room is about 350sq. ft., and about 6500 cu.ft. The compressor will generate approx. 130,000 Btu's of heat. I'm not sure how to calculate the air flow needed to ventilate this room,
by air changes/hour, or by temperature. I sure could use some advise.
 
The airflow required to cool the space, assuming 100% outdoor air is as per the equation noted by willard3. You can modulate the outside air flow based on outdoor air conditions.
 
Decide what is the maximum temp allowed, say Tm. If To is ambient air, cfm=btuh/(1.08*(Tm-To)). Of course this only works if Tm is >To (ambient).

I had a similar problem with a 500 HP pump house (ambient temp = 104 DegF). It turned out that the owner had 3 choices.

1. Use entire wall area (for louvers) for a Big A$$ fan on the roof.
2. Put the pump outside under a rain cover (no walls).
3. AC the bldg. with a packaged unit sitting on a slab.

The owner chose 3.
