Vary Number of Pattern Instances and Size of Features by Row

I am looking to drive a pattern of slots using relations such that the width and number of slots depends on the row number. I have tried doing this using both pattern and feature relations but have not found the correct combination of parameters to make it work. Ideally, number of rows would be a parameter and the width and number of the slots would be driven by relation to the row number.

Example:

Row 1: 2 slots 1" wide
Row 2: 3 slots 1.125" wide
Row 3: 4 slots 1.5" wide
Row 6: 5 slots 1.7" wide
