valves P/V with NACE MR0103

I have a question concerning the pressure-vacuum valves that are installed on tanks API 650. A customer is demanding that we must comply with NACE MR 0103 standard, but I'm asking and I indicate several vendors that do not provide these valves with this requirement .
DEA STORED tanks + water + wet H2S Category 1.
Someone can tell me if it is worth what they are asking me?

Substitute MR0103 for MR0175

I read the link you indicate me and NACE MR0175 requirements for each valve in addition to indicate the conditions of service is clear. However even I doubt that replace one another is.
Maybe this requirement mistake or that my client does not apply if the NACE MR0103?
