Vacuum Baking Stainless Steel

I am trying to determine how long I need to vacuum bake a part at a certain temperature to remove hydrogen from the part. I have found the coefficient of diffusion, time constant and diffusion, but am stuck on how to determine the time required to bake the parts to reduce the hydrogen concentration by n (an arbitrary amount). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
