You will still need to check for local variations to code however.

Structural
The chart shows one or more of the International Codes adopted statewide for Utah. You have to be careful with this however as the International Code Council has multiple codes such as IBC, IRC, IMC, IFC etc. You need to make sure the IBC (International Building Code) is adopted statewide or in the local area you are concerned with. I suggest going on Utah's government website and find the Code Enforcement division.
