Using Dual clutch arrangements in place of torque converters

I'm doing some research in this area and need examples of where this has been done, particularly for off-highway and commercial vehicle applications. If anyone is aware of appropriate public domain information, and is able to direct me to it I would be most grateful.

Please see the thread Dual Clutch Transmission (thread78-68209).

Matthew,

Thanks for this, but the links in this thread are to passenger car stuff. Whilst this is all very interesting, I'm really looking for off-highway and commercial vehicle applications.

Thanks again anyway.

Regards,

Billsy
