User Defined Feature Measurement

I am trying to make a basic User Defined Feature that measures the angle of two lines. I am able to make the UDF but I cannot get the measurement angle to be included in on it. Is there away that I can get this angle to be put in with the UDF?

use a parameter populated by formula containing knowledgeware measure. I don't think there is any way to include a proper measure in a udf.
You also may have fun trying to identify/control which sector the angle provided is
