Upgrade firmware for Control Logix Sercos Module

I used ControlFlash software to upgrade a sercos module via an ethernet module in a Control Logix Rack. Upgraded L63 processor from V13 to V15 and same for Sercos. The processor worked but the sercos module errored. Can this module be recovered or is it toast?
