Am attempting to become proficient at MCAD13.1. MCAD advertises that I can add inches + furlongs + kilometers and MCAD will produce the correct answer, in the units of my choice.
This means that I should be able to calculate the density of an ideal gas, and input various values of the universal gas constant, - with proper dimensions - and expect to get the correct answer. My experience and attached documentation indicate that MCAD does not know the difference between a gram-mole, kilogram-mole, or a pound-mole. AND depending upon your choice, your answer can be off by a factor of 453.
See attached, rather lengthy, file.
