I am working on a project that requires an undersidewalk drain the will be over pavers. This drain will need to bend at least once if not twice to avoid a planter with a footing. I have a couple of questions.

1. What type of pipe and material should I use? Round, Rectangle, PVC, Steel, Cast Iron?

2. Should I embed the pipe in concrete?

3. Do I need some type of clean out at the bends, and if so what should I use because I would need something that is less than 6" deep?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff

Use perforated PVC pipe with factory els and bends.
